Cheezy Weezy, is a food trailer offering gourmet grilled cheese. This Medina, Ohio family-owned business was founded by Rebecca, head chef and MCCC Chef & Restaurant graduate, her 2 sisters, Rachael and Chloe, brother, Jacob and parents, Jason and Kimberley. Rebecca’s dream to own her own food business began while a student in the Medina County Career Center's Chef & Restaurant program. Rachael has a passion for art and designed our logo and complete trailer wrap.
Cheezy Weezy offers a variety of gourmet sandwiches including our popular breakfast sandwich, the Eggy Weggy and others such as the Miss Swiss, Rise and Shine and ZaZa. The artisan bread is grilled to perfection with fresh garlic butter and goes great with our selection of drinks, including fresh-squeezed State Fair lemonade, served in a giant 32-oz. cup!
Our unique company started in 2021 and is serving again for the 2024 season. Come out to see why Cheezy Weezy’s customers have called our sandwiches the best grilled cheese they’ve ever had!

How long is the wait for a sandwich?
At most events, our food is cooked fresh to order. We aim to provide you with the highest quality sandwich, 100% of the time, and depending on customer demand, the wait is usually less than 10-minutes. However, during busy periods, the wait can be longer. We do our best to give you an estimate when you place your order. For the Farmer's Market, our shortest wait times are between 9a - 10:30a.
